I use a mouth guard for bruxism. Prior to having this ultrasonic cleaner, I needed to have my mouth guard cleaned at the dentist office when I went in for a check-up. I had no way of effectively cleaning it between dental visits. We have well water that has a lot of minerals in it, and build-up on the mouth guard is difficult to remove. This ultrasonic cleaner is a real game-changer. As you can see from the before/after photo, this cleaner was very effective in removing stains. I did run the mouth guard through repeated cycles on the ultrasonic cleaner, as the deposits had built up on it for some time. I was then able to use the ultraviolet light feature to kill 99.93% of dental bacterial plaque. Now that I have an ultrasonic cleaner, I will be able to clean the mouthguard at home on a weekly basis. I am very happy with the effectiveness of this cleaner.

This one combines the ultrasonic cleaner with a UV light.
Lets talk about the UV light first. Not all UV lights clean. It takes a certain wavelength for that. I have a cleaning UV light and you can't be in the room when its on or your eyes will feel like sand is in them and you can't breathe the air because the light creates ozone. So most of the UV lights I've seen on these cleaners are a joke. You could easily stare right at the light. But not this one. The light will only work if the unit is closed. No way to damage your eyes if its really the dangerous type. I don't have a way to tell what the wavelength is of this UV light, but there is a chance its the real deal. A better chance than most other cleaners.
The Ultrasonic part works well. It runs on a five minute timer, which I like. I had one that just did 60 seconds and that's not very much time. The sonic part also switches it up. Its not a steady buzz. Which I like.

I love the handle. The unit feels like a quality item.
The power cord is super cool. It attaches to the cleaner with a magnet. So you can't accidentally pull the cord and spill the water all over the place. A nice safety feature.
All in all a great cleaner. 5 stars for sure

This ultrasonic cleaner has been great for my aligners, they are clear so they stain easily. I’ve added a little cleaner and sometimes peroxide to the mixture and let my aligners soak and they come out like brand new each time. The machine itself is really easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. It is on the pricier side however it works really well and is not an eyesore on my countertop.

I’ve had other ultrasonic cleaners before and they seem to have more power than this one but at the same time my retainer comes out very clean so maybe it not about being able to feel the vibration in the water. The other thing I don’t know is if the UV light really turns on when you shut the lid, you can’t see it or tell if it does. Overall it’s cleaning my device so I’m happy with it, just a little confused compared to others

This Ultrasonic Retainer Cleaner works great on retainers, but also on jewelry.

There are some cons, for sure. Personally, I found the handle to add a lot of unnecessary bulk and magnetic detachable cord to be unnecessary. Because this is not a rechargeable device and will only work when plugged in, why not just permanently attach/seal the cord? Also if the cord and power supply is detachable, it would have been much better to make the power supply small enough to fit inside the cleaner for storage. I was also surprised that the device can clean ultrasonically -OR- disinfect with UV, but not at the same time.

All of the cons aside, the quality is very apparent. I have tried a few similar products before and this one compares nicely. Fit, finish, and build quality may be the best I've seen in the few ultrasonic cleaners that I have tried.One person found this helpful

I ordered this to use solely for cleaning jewelry. This is also the 3rd denture ultrasonic cleaner I’ve ordered. This is the first one that’s had a handle though and man does it make a difference. It’s much easier to handle with a handle haha. But seriously this is the Cadillac to the Chevy of other denture cleaners. I wanted something on the small side and that’s why I opted to go with a denture cleaner over a jewelry cleaner. It works very well. Knocks all of the crud and debris out of my rings and earrings.One person found this helpful
