Delivery time depends on the order sequence. We reserve the right to change delivery times at any time without prior notice. We will do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, but unforeseen circumstances may arise. International Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders, using SF Express for delivery.
Please provide your phone number for customs clearance.
Doya is not responsible for any import taxes and fees that may apply to international orders. Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying any necessary charges.
Please note that delivery times for international orders cannot be guaranteed, as customs clearance or other uncontrollable factors may cause delays.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please carefully enter your shipping address. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot change the address after checkout.
Additionally, we only deliver to residential and business addresses and cannot ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. If a shipping issue arises due to an incorrect address provided by Doya, we will either reship the order or issue a refund.
Signature Requirements
If your package requires a signature upon delivery, it will only be delivered if someone is available to receive it. If no one is available, it will be returned to the post office for collection.
Even if a package does not require a signature, it may still be held at the post office unless a safe place has been specified. If you are unable to personally receive the package, we recommend using a work address, or a friend’s or neighbor’s address to ensure successful delivery.
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues as soon as possible.
