We always ensure that the products you receive are at least 90% accurate in terms of color and other specifications compared to the photos published. (Please note, slight discrepancies of up to 10% may occur due to factors like lighting and materials).

Non-Defective Products: If the product is in good condition (no defects), the return, refund, or exchange policy may vary depending on the situation:

Unused Mouthwash Cups: Can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Used or Damaged Mouthwash Cups: A restocking fee of up to 80% of the product price may apply if the mouthwash cup shows signs of wear or use, as it is no longer in new condition and cannot be resold as a new item. (Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order).
