Thank you for choosing TE>CE, a Doya brand committed to high-quality oral care. To ensure a positive experience, we provide the following after-sales service policy:

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: All TE>CE oral care products (including oral care cups, water flossers, and dental scalers) come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered: Free repair or replacement for any non-human damage or performance defects under normal use.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Return (No Reason Needed): Within 30 days of delivery, you may return unused products with original packaging and accessories. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • 15-Day Quality Exchange: If the product is defective within 15 days of receiving it, we will replace it with a new one after confirmation. We bear the shipping cost.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized disassembly

  • Products beyond the warranty period

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear of accessories (e.g., nozzles, silicone parts)

  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, lightning)

4. How to Request Support
