1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty Period: All TE>CE oral care products (including oral care cups, water flossers, and dental scalers) come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered: Free repair or replacement for any non-human damage or performance defects under normal use.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return (No Reason Needed): Within 30 days of delivery, you may return unused products with original packaging and accessories. Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

15-Day Quality Exchange: If the product is defective within 15 days of receiving it, we will replace it with a new one after confirmation. We bear the shipping cost.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
